What is the delivery time?
For orders less than 300 sets, the delivery time is about 30-45 days after receiving the 30% deposit and confirming production drawings. For more than 300 sets, the delivery time is 45-60 days.
Can you provide customized furniture?
Yes, we specialize in customized furniture based on your interior design, drawings, and measurements. Materials, fabrics, and colors can be modified per your request.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Basically, the MOQ is 20 sets. However, larger quantities offer more competitive pricing for customized furniture.
What are the payment terms?
We accept two main types of payment: 1) L/C at sight, and 2) T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We have a strict management process: we produce a sample before bulk production, perform QC checks at every production step, and conduct a 100% final inspection before packaging.
How can I track the status of my order?
Each order is assigned to a dedicated staff member who provides weekly progress reports so you are always updated on the production status.
