Please provide product drawings or samples. Essential details include: Materials, Surface Finish, Tolerance, Quantity, and Delivery terms.
How does the payment process work?
Our payment terms are flexible. Generally, we advise a 30%-50% T/T deposit, with the remaining balance paid upon receipt of the B/L copy.
How can I track the production progress?
We double-confirm your requirements and send samples before mass production. Throughout the process, we keep you updated on progress and conduct 100% quality inspections before shipment, providing photos, videos, and reports if needed.
How do I receive delivery information?
We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it is issued by the shipping agent and continue to provide the latest shipping updates.
