Flake Ice System with 30-Ton Rake Storage System

The ice rake system is primarily installed in ice storage containers for flake ice. Flake ice is composed of dry, small pieces. After harvesting, ice falls into the storage room where it can easily pile up and block sensors. An automatic ice rake is essential to level the ice and ensure continuous operation.

Intelligent Sensors: Full-time sensors detect ice levels and command the rake structure to move horizontally, tiling the ice flakes.
Automated Cycle: Once the ice is flat, the rake enters dormant mode until new ice is detected.
